About

The Role

Guest Service Representatives are our Directors of First Impressions. From how you answer the phone to how you greet the guest when they arrive, you set the tone for the entirety of the guest s stay. Guest Service Representatives become the go-to person for our guests, answering questions about directions to rooms, where to go for dinner, attractions to visit, directions to the closest car wash, and requests such as extra towels and late checkout.

They often balance multiple tasks between answering phones, checking guests in/out, fulfilling guest requests, communicating with Maintenance and Housekeeping, ensuring billing and payments are accurate, and actively supporting safety and security measures. Guests may rely on you to resolve service issues with ownership and accountability, using the tools and training provided. In this role, you may be asked to shuttle guests to/from the Baton Rouge Airport or a local restaurant during a shift.

A positive disposition and the ability to work well as part of a team is fundamental. You must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a commitment to dependability. You should be adept at juggling multiple tasks while remaining calm and approachable. A genuine spark for making connections with your team members and our guests is essential. An authentic interest in improving the overall experience for teammates and guests, through dedication, proactive communication, innovation, and collaboration, is important.

Possession of a valid driver s license and evidence of insurability, with a driving record acceptable per our current insurance carrier guidelines.
