Help Desk Support

Westaff is recruiting for a temp to hire Software/ Help Desk Support Rep for a well-established client in the downtown area.

This is a full time, in office position.

Shift
:
Monday – Friday, 8am-5om with the possibility of overtime (late evenings/ weekends) every Spring.

Pay
: $15+ depending on experience

• Provides excellent customer service to callers.
• LEVEL 1 SOFTWARE SUPPORT in a professional office environment.
• Support consists of both on the phone and in person, with a strong focus on customer needs.
• Must have extensive experience with multiple software packages in and be able to self‑teach custom developed software.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 12 months of Helpdesk or support experience (specifically software support).
• Must possess excellent communication/telephone skills with the ability to learn quickly, multi‑task, handle stress easily and “go with the flow” with other members of our team.
• Successful candidates must be able to work with end‑users as well as other team members.
• Answers and routes telephone calls
• High School diploma
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Minimum one year’s experience in clerical or help desk support.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
