As a Project Manager
, you’ll oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction turnover through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget alignment. You’ll partner closely with Superintendents, trade partners, clients, and leadership to deliver successful projects that exceed expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Managing schedules, budgets, cost controls, and project financials
• Leading subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contract administration
• Coordinating RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Supporting field operations and promoting a strong safety culture
• Facilitating OAC meetings, weekly reporting, and project communications
• Driving project closeout, lessons learned, and client satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent commercial construction experience)
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial, healthcare, retail, or industrial construction
• Strong working knowledge of construction means & methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Procore (preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Build Ops

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Procore Project Management
• Oracle Primavera
• LEED Accreditation or PMP (a plus)
