Roles & Responsibilities :

Ensure the safety of other employees and the public; comply with all safety initiatives, protocols, and procedures
Measure all projects and track yield each day.
Order asphalt from the plant.
Pave a high-quality product each day.
Manage a crew of operators and skilled craftsmen.
Make sure daily productions are met.
Operate equipment proficiently and safely.
Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment
Performing other duties on the jobsite when not operating equipment
Quality, Line, and Grade recognition

Qualifications:

5 yrs. of experience as an Asphalt Paving Asphalt Paving Foreman
Must be able to operate a paver, roller, skid steer, shuttle buggy, rubber-tire backhoe, etc.
Must have a minimum of 5 yr. experience in the road or construction field, working outdoors in extreme weather
Dependable transportation is required.
High school diploma or GED.
