Allegiance are currently partnered with a specialist contractor specializing in site development and road construction seeking an experienced Concrete Plant Foreman to oversee daily operations at their concrete production facilities supporting infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient plant operations, maintain high-quality standards, and manage a skilled production team while upholding safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete plant operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, batching procedures, and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements for heavy civil and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot plant equipment and processes.
- Proficient with basic computer programs and production reporting software.
