Construction Project Manager

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our Baton Rouge, LA team.

Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that restores homes and businesses damaged by traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, or mold. Our dedicated team provides restoration services 24/7 and serves the community by offering relief during challenging times.

Construction Project Manager

You'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Planning reconstruction projects from start to finish and providing team updates
• Conducting project walk-throughs with clients for quality checks
• Staying within timelines and budgets for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
• Monitoring customer satisfaction from initial contact to project completion

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Insurance reconstruction experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• Annual salary of 50K-60K plus project incentives earned quarterly
