Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our growing team in Baton Rouge. This role is responsible for supporting internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring messaging is consistent, professional, and aligned with the organization’s goals. The Communications Coordinator will collaborate with different departments to coordinate communications, assist with written materials, and help maintain a clear and engaging voice across various company channels.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support internal and external communication initiatives
  • Draft and edit professional written materials, announcements, and reports
  • Assist in the planning and execution of communication strategies and campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across departments
  • Maintain organized communication records and documentation
  • Support event communications and organizational updates
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, newsletters, and informational materials
