Professional candidate needed to provide support to our Chief Executive Officer in the planning and organization of administrative as well as technical duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and manage phone systems, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in front desk operations or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
High level computer skills; expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access as well as desktop publishing. Healthcare experience preferred.
Education RequiredBachelor's from 4 year college or university (related experience or equivalent combination accepted)
Unit of PayHourly
ShiftMonday-Friday, 8am-5pm (schedule may vary as needed)
