The Division of Administration/Louisiana Property Assistance Agency has a vacancy.
Louisiana Property Assistance Agency (LPAA) has been designated by the Commissioner of Administration as property and fleet management for the control and disposition of all state moveable property and fleet management for the State of Louisiana.

- Overseeing the state’s capital construction program
- Working to provide state and federal grants for community development
- Development of the state budget
- Providing technology services
- Giving agencies guidance in the state purchasing and contracting process as they seek goods and services
- Administering a program that provides federal funds to help Louisiana residents recover from a series of devastating hurricanes

Job Duties:
- Serves as a main receptionist for LPAA.
- The employee greets all visitors that come into the main office and answers all calls that come into the agency's main line.
- Reviews orders for property tags
- Records MV-7 data submitted from all state agencies into the Mileage Report database.
- Receives, signs for, opens, date stamps, sort mail daily. Ensures interagency messenger mail is properly distributed.
- File agency correspondence, transfers, MV-7 forms, invoices, and necessary other documents.
Appointment Type:This vacancy will be filled by a new hire or by the promotion of a current permanent status classified employee.
Career Progression:This position may be filled as an Administrative Coordinator 1 (AS-605) or Administrative Coordinator 2 (AS-607), depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant.
