Services Coordinator

Job Title

SERVICES COORDINATOR

Reports to Services Manager. Works with Equipment Coordinators, Motorized Equipment Coordinator, and Tool Room Manager.

• Perform office duties for the Services department as set forth by the Services Manager.
• Maintain vehicle insurance cards and assist the Motorized Equipment Coordinator with insurance and accident claims.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment records, registration and licenses.
• Build new tools/equipment in Vista and manage database for consistency.
• Maintain Tool Catalog for updates and revisions.
• Monitor equipment inventories for sites that have that function.
• Manage lost/stolen equipment list and job charges for these items.
• Issue debits and credits for tool/equipment billing corrections.
• Order office and breakroom supplies.
• Assist ISC associates with UPS deliveries and pickups.
• Update the calibration/certification logs.
• Back up for daily postal run and administrative errands.

• Strong computer skills including MS Office and MS Excel.
• Vista ERP software experience a plus.
• General accounting knowledge.
