Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Full-Time Temporary Clerical Assistant to support administrative and human resources operations for a confidential client.
This is a full-time, temporary role (3–6 months) focused primarily on high-volume document scanning and electronic filing, along with general clerical support. The position requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and strict confidentiality due to access to sensitive employee and company records. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and work is performed on-site.
Responsibilities- Scan, upload, and index large volumes of documents into electronic filing systems
- Ensure documents are accurately labeled, organized, and stored according to established standards
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive employee and company information
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, copying, and document preparation
- Assist with records management, file clean-up, and audits as needed
- Provide clerical support to administrative and HR staff on various projects
- Maintain an organized, efficient work area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with document scanning, electronic filing, or records management is a plus
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move boxes or stacks of documents as needed
