Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Johnson Management Group is seeking a full time experience Receptionist, Monday through Friday from 8 am- 5 pm.

We are looking for a outgoing and highly motivated individual to welcome and greet our visitors. The ideal candidate for this position will assist with providing support to the administrative team and facilitating office procedures in an efficient and effective manner.

Job Requirements and Responsibilities :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone call while providing basic information when needed; take and rely messages.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Must have working knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheets, data entries ( Microsoft Office and Outlook)
• Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace and changing environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Perform administrative task as assigned by administrator or Human Resources

Required Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED
• Two years relevant experience (preferred)
• Strong Computer literacy skills
• Must be proficient in using computers and general office machines
