Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch, no overtime)

Position Overview  

We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support the front desk at one of our top clients! This role is a temporary assignment covering a medical leave and is critical as the first point of contact for the office. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of phone calls and visitors.

Key Responsibilities  

+  Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and directing foot traffic

+  Handle heavy inbound phone calls and route calls appropriately

+  Receive and manage incoming packages and deliveries (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)

+  Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment

+  Provide general administrative support as needed

 Qualifications  

+  Prior administrative or front desk experience preferred

+  Comfortable managing high call volume and multitasking

+  Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

+  Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

+  Business casual attire required; role represents the face of the office
