Tax Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Accountant based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Tax Accountant will handle daily responsibilities such as preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing tax planning and consulting services. Additional tasks include analyzing financial statements, identifying potential tax savings, and offering strategic recommendations to clients. The role also involves working closely with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain high professional standards.

• Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax regulations
• Strong understanding of Financial Statements and their analysis
• Solid knowledge and experience in Accounting practices
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred)
• Prior experience in a tax accounting role is highly desirable
