In this Accounting Assistant role, you will focus on work that builds valuable, transferable experience, including:

• Recording daily financial transactions accurately, strengthening your core bookkeeping skills.
• Managing accounts payable, giving you end-to-end exposure to invoice processing and controls.
• Supporting job costing by coding expenses correctly, helping you understand project-based accounting.
• Working closely with Project Managers to resolve invoice and purchase order queries.
• Reconciling supplier statements, developing confidence in problem-solving and accuracy.
• Assisting with month-end close activities to broaden your accounting knowledge.
• Communicating with suppliers professionally, building strong commercial communication skills.

• Salary of $50,000–$70,000, depending on experience.
• Practical exposure to construction and project-based accounting.
