We are seeking a Manager to join the Commercial Assurance practice, able to sit in various offices. We want someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy
• Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities
• Review, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports for accuracy and conformance
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements
• Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 5+ years of audit and/or assurance experience
• Experience with commercial clients
• CPA certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• 1+ year of supervisory experience

Salary Range (Minnesota): $112,000 - $121,000 USD annually. Salary in other locations varies based on market and experience.

Preferred Location: New York

For NYC and California, the expected salary range is between $85,000 and $150,000.
