Data Governance Analyst

We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to join our team and support initiatives around data quality, governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, data governance tools, and business intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and enforce data governance rules and standards
• Develop and maintain data lineage, metadata, and master data management practices
• Perform data profiling and quality assessments
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Product-to-Cash process to ensure data consistency and compliance
• Leverage Erwin Data Intelligence for metadata and lineage tracking
• Build reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI
• Support the implementation of governance frameworks in Azure environments

Profile Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Governance Analyst
• Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, master data management, and data profiling
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure data services
• Proficient in SQL and Power BI
• Experience with Erwin Data Intelligence or similar metadata management tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Based in Toronto, with preference for hybrid work setup (remote possible)
