• Stipend compensation of $31,200 distributed over approximately 44 weeks

• Participate in online classroom training focused on healthcare information management and EHR systems
• Engage in remote hands‑on internship/externship training to apply learned skills in a real‑world setting
• Analyze clinical data, identify trends, and create targeted reports using tools such as EPIC, SQL, Tableau, and Crystal Reports
• Implement system design, testing, and security protocols to ensure data privacy and compliance
• Support healthcare teams in optimizing operational workflows and improving patient outcomes through technology

• Must be a resident of California
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED certification
• Proficient computer experience (MS Windows & MS Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

• Great attention to detail and strict HIPAA compliance
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn in a self-directed, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
