This includes liaising with stakeholders, offering guidance to customers, and maintaining strong service levels. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in debt recovery and knowledge of the waste regulatory industry are preferred, alongside the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Travelling for face-to-face meetings may be needed.
