This role offers full-time hours on a long-term basis, with genuine opportunities to grow and progress within a well-established team. Shift Rotation • Monday to Wednesday – Nights (3 x 12-hour shifts) • Monday to Wednesday – Days (3 x 12-hour shifts) • Thursday – Days (1 x 8-hour shift) Rates of Pay • £13.50 per hour Benefits As a Production Operative , you will receive: • Weekly pay • Long-term ongoing work • Structured shift rotation to support work-life balance
