We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Operations Support Officer to provide end-to-end administrative and operational support across the business. This role is critical in keeping daily operations running efficiently, strengthening systems and processes, supporting data-driven decision making, and enabling teams to perform at their best.

This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys ownership, and wants to grow into a broader operations or coordination career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business
  • Manage incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate data entry, records management, and digital filing systems (One Drive)
  • Coordinate shared calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
  • Take meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure completion
  • Manage office supplies and purchasing to support operational continuity
  • Support workflow tracking and task management using
  • Prepare reports, analyse data, and identify trends to support informed decisions
  • Improve, document, and maintain systems, procedures, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline office and operational processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong internal relationships
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal procedures

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in administration, operations support, or office coordination
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
  • High accuracy with typing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience using Xero and  is highly regarded
  • Comfortable working in cloud-based systems and digital workflows
Benefits / Role Details
  • High level experience: £30,
  • 4 day working week, 39 hours Monday to Thursday, 7.00am until 5.15pm
  • 28 days holiday which equates to 7 weeks
  • Full time employees work 180 days per annum which is 49% of the year
