Property Assistant

Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a temporary Property Assistant to assist with providing a efficient reactive maintenance service to tenants. The role will be for around 3/4 months until the end of March and would be to start ASAP.

• Supporting day-to-day property management tasks
• Scheduling maintenance and liaising with contractors
• Helping with check-ins, check-outs, and inspections
• Responding to tenant queries quickly and professionally
• Updating records and ensuring paperwork is accurate
• Assisting the Property Manager with projects and compliance tasks

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer-service abilities
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Competent IT skills (MS Office, property software desirable)
• Experience in property, lettings, or facilities management is essential
