Employment Solicitor £80,000 to £100,000 plus 20% on billings

8+ PQE

A modern law firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Employment team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a varied, contentious caseload while delivering commercial, practical HR and employment advice to a diverse client base.

• Manage a varied Employment Tribunal caseload (mainly Respondent)
• Advise a portfolio of retained business clients across multiple sectors
• Draft bespoke documentation, attend client sites, support hearings, and deliver HR training
• Occasional travel required (driving licence essential)

• 3–5+ years PQE in Employment Law
• Strong tribunal and employer advisory experience
• Highly organised, commercially minded, and client-focused
• Confident communicator with excellent drafting skills
