We are looking for a fully qualified Skilled Engineer with previous experience and knowledge of PCV/HGV vehicles. A good salary and great benefits await you.

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults, servicing, and replacing parts as needed
• Identifying issues accurately and recommending the correct method of repair and parts required
• Performing routine inspections and servicing using handheld data capture devices (where applicable)
• Attending roadside breakdowns and supporting vehicle recoveries
• Road‑testing vehicles to confirm issues or check work after repairs

Bath – Weston Island Depot

39 hours per week – 5 days over 7, early or late shifts available (can be discussed at interview)

£18.70‑£20.36 p/h depending on shift, with a weekend premium rate for any Saturday working

• Minimum Level 3 NVQ standard (or equivalent) qualification as a mechanic and experience working on HGV, bus or coach
• Desirable PCV licence; ability to obtain a PCV licence is essential (we will help you obtain this)
• Valid UK driver’s licence
• Experience with buses & coaches is an advantage; any vehicle mechanic experience (HGV) will be considered
• Vehicle/auto electrical experience/knowledge
• Right to work in the UK
