What youll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers and team to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job, its a place where you feel valued.

You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Ideally experience working with customers with mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance use Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves.
