You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Experience working with customers with mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance use The practical bits We generally work Monday to Friday, were also flexible to support customers who are studying or working We can be flexible to agree your working pattern with you Youll primarily work from our service in central Bath which is handy for town in your lunch break!
