Fire Door Installer

The Role

We currently have a great opportunity available for Fire Door Installers and Fire Stopping Installers to join our team in Bath on long-term framework contracts. This role involves working on historical and traditional buildings. The role offers £750/week, with a company van and fuel card provided.

Responsibilities

Installation of fire door sets

All aspects of fire door maintenance

Work independently and as part of a team

Liaise with management on a daily basis

Conduct fire door assessments and record findings

Fire stopping

About You

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry for fire door installers, or equivalent on-the-job experience

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Fire Stopping, or equivalent on-the-job experience

CSCS Card

Asbestos Awareness

Proven experience as a Carpenter/Fire Stopping Installer

Experience working in social housing, health, or high street sectors

Strong trade background

Knowledge of Health and Safety on site

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Use initiative effectively

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills

Proactive and adaptable

Reliable and professional

Enhanced DBS check

Full UK driving license
