Plumber

Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced plumber to join the Facilities team. As a member of the Facilities leadership team, you will support all operational aspects of resort plumbing across the entire estate, working with internal and external service providers. The role involves planned and unplanned work, including maintenance, repair, replacement, and inventory management.

• Carry out planned and urgent repairs to meet current legislative standards.
• Plan, evaluate, and execute repair and replacement projects, ensuring inventory is maintained.
• Support the Facilities leadership and respond to service requests across the resort.
• Follow relevant regulations and H&S procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed.

• Experience in a maintenance environment specializing in plumbing.
• Current recognised plumber or engineer license; a formal electrical qualification (Domestic Installer, C+G, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and H&S procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach.
• Good record‑keeping abilities.
• Valid driving licence.
