• Job Title: Signs Installer - Bath
• Location: Bath
• Contract: Full time - Permanent
• Salary: £25,875
• Hours: Annualised hours of 2080 per year

• Install and remove AA signs and traffic management equipment for events, working alone or as part of a team.
• Support national events and help motorists navigate with temporary directional signs.
• Travel across the country; minimum 12 days away each year, with all accommodation and expenses covered.
• Follow maps and schedules to place and remove signs in their correct locations using knowledge of the national road network.

• Full category B driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Physically fit to lift equipment up to 25 kg daily.
• Comfortable with new technology and working from ladders up to 3.5 m high.
• Self‑starter, able to work independently and collaborate with team when required.
• Organiser who checks equipment, follows schedules, and works in all weathers.

• Annualised hours with flexible patterns; may work 5‑hour days in winter and 11‑hour days in summer.
• Irregular rest‑day schedules tied to summer event demands.
• Work outdoors on highways and event sites with all‑weather conditions, no supervision.
• Requires flexibility to adapt to the business working pattern.
