• Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Advisors?
• In Loss Prevention, help deliver the goal of keeping customers, associates and assets safe through investigations, analysis and feedback.
• Work with the store team to protect product and assets by providing effective conflict resolution and ensuring loss awareness through coaching, validation, influence and support.
• Balance customer-facing activity with working behind the scenes in stores to carry out the role effectively.
• Jointly educate store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices within our stores.
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely; be self-driven, engaging, resilient and focused to make a difference.
• Support the role with the necessary technical training and an in-depth training programme at start.

• Experience in dealing with Shrink and Crime Resolution gained within a fast-paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential.
• We will provide the necessary technical training to be your best in this role; an in-depth programme of training is provided when you start.
