Responsibilities

• Share your expert knowledge of Bath & Body products to inspire and delight guests.
• Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs and preferences.
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards across the department.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay curious and proactive in learning about new products and trends.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless experience.

• A genuine love for luxury retail and Bath & Body products.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• A confident, engaging, and friendly approach to customer service.
• A hunger to learn and master our products inside‑out.
• Flexibility to work 37.5 hours per week across a rotating schedule, including weekends.
