Are you passionate about culinary arts and retail management? Pro Cook is seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our vibrant team and drive our store's success in our Bath Store. You'll create a welcoming environment for customers while ensuring the store meets its sales targets and delivers an exceptional shopping experience.

As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and develop innovative strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You'll play a vital role in training and motivating staff, ensuring that the entire team reflects the Pro Cook commitment to quality and service.

This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days of a 7-day rota, from Monday to Sunday, at our Bath Store.

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Lead, train, and mentor a dedicated team to achieve sales goals.
• Implement effective merchandising and inventory management practices.
• Analyse sales trends and adjust strategies to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Foster a positive and engaging shopping atmosphere for customers and employees.

• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for kitchenware and customer service.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary is between £35,000 - £37,000/annum depending on experience
