• Deliver exceptional service in ourrestaurant (breakfast room), bar, and lounge — with charm, confidence, and adash of flair
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, andmake guests feel special, like a character in a Jane Austen novel
• Keep the dining areas looking as polishedas Bath’s crescents
• Work closely with the kitchen andfront-of-house teams to keep things flowing smoothly
• Share your knowledge of the menu, localproduce, and maybe even a fun fact about the Roman Baths

• Friendly,confident, and passionate about great service
