We are a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel seeking a Bartender who can bring energy, elegance, and excellent service to our bar team.

• Mixing, pouring, and serving drinks with flair and precision
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests — whether they re locals or travellers
• Keeping the bar stocked, spotless, and running like clockwork
• Suggesting drinks, sharing stories, and occasionally dazzling with your cocktail knowledge
• Supporting the team during busy shifts
• Sharing your knowledge of the menu, local produce, and maybe even a fun fact about the Roman Baths

• Experienced behind the bar and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about great drinks and even better service
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and always guest-focused
