Salary: £42,000–£45,000 per year (DOE) + monthly service charge (~£2,000 per year) + management bonus
Hours: Full-time | Mix of day, evening and weekend shifts

The OpportunityWe’re seeking a highly professional and engaging Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house team and oversee service across both dining outlets. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the property’s excellent reputation, delivering warm, attentive service and ensuring that every guest experience is consistently exceptional.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the restaurant team across all dining areas
- Maintain consistently high standards of service and guest care
- Develop strong menu knowledge and confidently support guest recommendations
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members, embedding a strong service culture
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily operational management
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and senior management to deliver seamless service
- Support rota planning, labour management, and operational efficiency
- Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring proactive service recovery
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leader in a high‑quality hotel or restaurant
- Comfortable managing both fine‑dining and casual dining operations
- Warm, confident communicator with a strong guest‑focused approach
- Organised, proactive, and hands‑on, with flexibility to work mixed shifts
- Passionate about hospitality, food, wine, and team development
- Able to foster a positive, collaborative culture across all departments
£42,000–£45,000 per year (experience‑dependent)
Monthly service charge (approx. £160 per month / ~£2,000 per year
)
