Can you mix a martini with precision, pour a pint with pride, and serve every guest like they’ve just stepped out of a Jane Austen novel? Here  Bath by Guest House, we’re a small but stylish, family‑run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Bartender who can bring energy, elegance, and excellent service to our bar team.

• Mixing, pouring, and serving drinks with flair and precision
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests – whether they’re locals or travellers
• Keeping the bar stocked, spotless, and running like clockwork
• Suggesting drinks, sharing stories, and occasionally dazzling with your cocktail knowledge
• Supporting the team during busy shifts
• Share your knowledge of the menu, local produce, and maybe even a fun fact about the Roman Baths

• Experienced behind the bar and confident in a fast‑paced environment
• Passionate about great drinks and even better service
• Calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and always guest‑focused
