Overview
Join Our Endoscopy Team as a Registered Nurse. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our busy and supportive Endoscopy Unit. This is a great opportunity to build on your nursing skills, develop specialist competencies and play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
You'll be an NMC-registered nurse with up-to-date knowledge of nursing theory and best practice, suitable for someone newly qualified or looking to further develop. Youll bring strong clinical skills, including accurate and confident IV administration, venepuncture and cannulation, as well as a clear understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion and how this applies in everyday practice. A solid understanding of the NMC Code and how it guides your own behaviour and professional standards is essential.
Previous nursing experience is required, and you should be able to demonstrate how youve consolidated your skills following qualification and preceptorship. Experience with in Endoscopy, pre-assessment, or at least six months in an acute clinical environment would be an advantage.
We are committed to creating a compassionate and inclusive environment. This can be seen in our growing community of staff networks celebrating successes and creating opportunities to listen and learn. We value our differences, champion kindness and civility, and truly believe that diversity makes us stronger. A culture of learning, developing and innovating runs throughout our organisation. We want to support you to thrive, taking your career to its full potential.
We value staff wellbeing, with a well-established programme of support. We believe in a holistic approach spanning all aspects of living a healthy life, including physical, emotional, spiritual and financial wellbeing. We’ve even got a pool!
