Permanent Industry: Food Manufacturing Were looking for a dynamic Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead technical operations within a key business unit. Youll ensure the site consistently meets the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance while supporting operational and financial performance.

What Youll Do Lead and improve HACCP-based quality systems, ensuring BRC, legal and customer standards are always met. Drive Food Safety & Quality culture across the site, supporting continuous improvement. Conduct factory audits, analyse technical data and lead root-cause investigations. Support customer audits, implement corrective actions and manage compliance. Reduce complaints and streamline reporting, traceability and process control systems. Lead, coach and develop the technical team, driving engagement and performance.

Contribute to CI plans and deploy lean tools to improve results. Maintain strong hygiene standards and support site health & safety goals. What You Bring Senior technical/QA experience in food manufacturing. Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and food safety legislation. Confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional teams. Why Join Us?
