Are you a seasoned Team Leader Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the FMCG space? Do you have Team Leader experience or are looking for a step up? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with time served maintenance skills to join a renowned manufacturing company near to Mells, Somerset.

Responsibilities Team Leader Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Efficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including motors, control panels and various systems
Confidence with PLC fault finding
Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.

Experience of leading an engineering team.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.

Requirements Team Leader Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Previous experience in the Industrial sector.
Relevant qualifications in electrical or Mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).
Possession of an 18th edition or any additional electrical qualifications is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Commutable distance from near to Mells, Somerset.
