We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage the maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties, ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You will triage all maintenance issues in a timely manner and assign them to the correct contractor, liaising with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to ensure queries are completed promptly and efficiently and to pay suppliers’ invoices promptly.
WorkingHours
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am‑5.30pm and Friday 9am‑5pm. After an initial training period (2‑4 weeks) we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
