• Perform routine compliance testing, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, extinguishers, RCDs, and fire doors
• Carry out planned and reactive general maintenance and repair works
• Identify building issues and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders

• Maintain accurate records of compliance and maintenance activities
