We are currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to become an integral part of a highly successful Residential Conveyancing team based in Taunton. • Manage a dedicated caseload ofconveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Provide premium conveyancing services to individuals and businesses across diverse transactions
• Review key documentation with meticulous attention to detail
• Oversee completion processes and resolve client due diligence matters
• Drive transactions forward with clear understanding of each client's specific requirements
• Maintain exceptional quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate effectively with the wider team, including assistant-level colleagues
• Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust and exceptional service
