IT Service Analyst

Are you passionate about driving IT service excellence through smart platform solutions Were looking for a Service Now ITSM Analyst to join our dynamic IT team ll play a key role in enhancing and administering our Service Now platform ensuring it supports seamless ITSM processes and aligns with business goals.

• Own and optimise the Service Now platform to support ITSM modules like Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Drive automation integrations and continuous improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Provide technical support training and documentation to empower users and teams.
• Monitor platform updates and champion enhancements that add real value.

• Experience in Service Now administration and ITSM process implementation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and enterprise system integrations.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving service delivery.

• Proven experience administering and configuring the Service Now platform
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
• Experience designing and implementing Service Now workflows business rules and customisations
• Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

• ITIL Foundation certification or higher
• Experience with Service Now integrations and scripting
• Familiarity with Service Now reporting and performance analytics
• Experience in a medium to large organisation with mature ITSM practices
