The Business Intelligence Developer with a specialisation in Microsoft Power BI is tasked with providing comprehensive analysis, statistical insights, and tailored solutions for a range of diverse clients. This role involves not only crafting BI solutions but also expanding the client portfolio by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.

• Solution Development:
  Identify, define, and deliver BI solutions tailored to client requirements. Explore opportunities to enhance projects and offerings, fostering growth in client engagements.
• Client Portfolio Management:
  Design and cultivate client portfolios by expanding the client base and increasing project volume per client. Ensure alignment with client briefs and collaborate with Insight Analysts to allocate roles effectively.
• Analytical Insight:
  Interpret analytical briefs accurately, devising solutions that directly address client needs. Continuously research and identify new analytical opportunities to optimise client outcomes.
• Innovative Analysis:
  Employ creative thinking to explore novel approaches and methodologies in analysis. Offer analytical consultancy to clients, recommending best practices for enhanced campaign effectiveness.
• Actionable Insight:
  Generate actionable insights from analytical solutions to aid clients in improving campaign performance. Actively propose infrastructure changes to optimise analysis efficiency.
• Recommendations & Feedback:
  Interpret analytical outputs and develop insightful recommendations for clients. Provide constructive feedback to clients based on findings.
