Advisor, HR​/Recruitment, Talent Manager

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused People Advisor to join our People Hub team on a one-year fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers and staff across the Trust with a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce performance., As a People Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring timely and accurate administration of HR processes throughout the employment lifecycle.

You will provide advice on policies, employment law, and terms and conditions, and support managers in improving workforce performance and engagement.
