This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Hotel Deputy Manager based in Milan. The Hotel Deputy Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and assist in managing staff to maintain a welcoming environment. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising team members, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring operational and cost efficiency, and collaborating with the General Manager to implement business strategies.

The role also involves optimizing guest satisfaction and assisting with staff training and recruitment to uphold the company's customer‑service standards.

• Experience in boutique hospitality or luxury accommodations and reference letter from previous job is absolutely required.
• Proficiency in using hotel management software and industry tools is preferred.
