Floor Manager – Emberwood

SALARY: £30,000 + Tronc (Approx 3‑4k per annum)

WORK HOURS: Full time (5 days out of
7) – evenings and weekends

The Floor Manager will ensure seamless food service, guiding a passionate team focused on high‑quality hospitality.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a comparable role and environment.
• Proficient in order of service, allergy procedures and supporting junior staff training.
• Strong guest‑focused mindset and ability to lead and shape a cohesive team.
• Experience in duty management for bar, terrace and lounge areas is required.

• Guest interaction and repeat business building on trust.
• Maintain service standards of the highest quality across all service areas.
• Train staff through one‑on‑one and group sessions.
• Operational control of restaurant, bar, terrace and lounge, making decisions that affect staff and guests.
• Compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to deliver warmth, generosity and brand consistency.
• Lead by example with a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm.
