The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries, supporting marketing activities to drive enquiries and increase occupancy, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. This is your opportunity to work alongside an exceptional management team to ensure the success of a first-class care home. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

NEED TO DO: Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner. Responsible for all sales activity for the home. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements. Respond to sales enquiries. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.

Person Specification Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate should have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM application are also required. A full UK driving license is necessary.
