• Lead and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
• Provide hands-on personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Administer medication safely and responsibly, following best practices.
• Foster a welcoming, homely atmosphere where residents feel valued and empowered.
• Maintain clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

The role involves working shifts over 7 days, times are 8pm to 8am including alternative weekend shifts.
