We are seeking compassionate Female Care Assistants to support female clients in Bath, Radstock and Keynsham. The role involves providing essential support to maintain independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well‑being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
  • Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests that matter to them.
Requirements
  • Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of English.
  • Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
  • A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others.
  • A valid UK driving licence and reliable vehicle for travel between client homes.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
Schedule
  • Evening shift (weekdays)
  • Weekend availability required

Additional Information
